WebApplication - CultureInfo.CurrentCulture.DateTimeFormat.ShortDatePattern--Not Working!!

Hi All

How to get the Current DateFormat based on the regional settings.
The following statment is giving right data when it is windows based
application, but when I try the same in Web application I'm not getting the
expected result.

It is only showing the this format :"M/d/yyyy".

"CultureInfo.CurrentCulture.DateTimeFormat.ShortDatePattern"

lblDate.Text =CultureInfo.CurrentCulture.DateTimeFormat.ShortDatePattern;

Any help on this highly appreciated.
