Web Toolbar-scrolling text option

When I click on the scrolling text option on the Web toolbar, the following
is displayed: Any solutions to a fix?

"The object was created in MARQUEE. This application is not available to
open this object. Make sure the application is properly installed and that
it has not been deleted, moved, or renamed."

Note: features works fine on computer that doesn't have the Service Pack 2
update

Nope. Nor do we know if there will be a fix since this is a security
issue.

We know the problem, is there another way to fix it besides romoving the SR2
undate"

I removed the SR2 update program and web toolbar worked again, but I lost
other components. Why did Microsoft issue the SR2 and screw up my investment
in "Office Professional Edition 2003" if they don't have a solution?

If someone has a way to use the web toolbar with SR2, please post.
