Most likely when you went to those sites a dialer got installed. These
dialers call porn lines and charge you for it.
First I would download and install spybot to get rid of any dialers:

Use the immunize option as well.

To get rid of the bill, well that might be a bit harder. If it's on your
phone bill, call the phone company and tell them you never made those calls.
Usually they credit you without hassle. If it's not on your phone bill and
is a bill directly from them, then try to contact them and get the charges
dismissed. Possibly a call the better business bureau or a lawyer may help
as well.
But ultimately it may be a lessen learned. If you play in the internet
underground, someone more experienced is going to try to take advantage of
you. Best to stay away from those sites. If you need your porn (and many men
do, I see nothing wrong with that), then just goto the local porn book store
and rent a video or dvd. Much better, cheaper, and safer.

Go to http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ and download the free
version of AdAware. It detects and safely removes
dialers, dataminers, tracking cookies and other objects
from your computer. Make sure you use "webupdate" before
you scan so the ref files are up to date.
