Web Sites Unaccessible

Just purchased a Windows XP system:
Windows XP, service pack 1a
IE 6 (security setting to 'low')
Netscape 6.2

Since powering on the new PC, I can no longer view certain
web sites, such as Yahoo! Mail or Hotmail Inboxes. The
problem is consistent, and happens on the same web pages,
whether it is IE or Netscape. Could this be an XP issue?

Any help or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

I did the same thing, then I found out that you have to
set your cookies at MED to be secure yet be able to view
most all sites. It worked for me.... no more problems
with that issue, at least.
