Web Site Template Wizard

I can't get the Wizard to come up & choose the info I want to put in. Instead, for ex. I choose "Coporate Presence Wizard" & it will automatically make all the page. Can anybody help!? I was able to do this with FrontPage2000. Some how I'm getting annoyed with FrontPage2003.
 
In FP 2003 Set Tools Page Options Authoring and turn on all options (select Complete) and try again
