web site not displaying properly

Apologies if this is not the correct ng - I can't find a ng that deals with
IE6 other than the beta one with no messages.
My husband has designed his first website in Effective Site Studio. when it
uploads, it shows fine in Mozilla but in IE it doesn't show the menu bar
etc.
We're both using OE6 with XP SP2 but my security settings are low & allow
ActiveX , his are high - makes no difference to IE view of website
The website is www.worldwatertaxis.com .
Can anyone shed any light on what he's doing wrong please?
