Do you know a tool to generate a web form app from a database
(including features like: insert, edit, delete and list)?
 
There are plenty of RAD tools available in the martket and I can give you
some links for it.

However, I do not know why do you a need a RAD tool for Visual Studio 2005.
Nowadays, web Developer has it own wizard where for a click or two you post a
databound control with ease....

If you need help in designinig a web form...I am ready to help you
 
Naraby, I know how to create a web form, but I have to create some
forms fast.
