I am interested in website designing but i know nothing at all about it. I
need to be put through on how to go about it. Just the basics

If you are interested in web site desigining and developing, DON'T start
with the tool. Start with the theory. Get a good book on HTML and CSS and
let that segue you into your tool of choice. Without a good understanding
of those two key technologies, you will be forever doomed to the realm of
animated GIF images and hobby sites.
