Web Query

I want to create a web query on website which needs userid/password to access.
Is there any soloution where i can import the data into my excel or any other applications instead of copying and pasting the data from web page.
I have the userid and password to access the site but as it creates a session id so next time when i refresh the query i don't get any results as the session id has expired.
Any solutions ???

When you log in to the site manually you may be given the option of saving
your login and password for future use. At least this does happen on some
web sites such as Wall Street Journal Interactive. After you have saved it
the login should happend automatically each time you run your web query.
