Comcast said they can't get into specific problems and just sent me a list of
links to general problems. These don't help me, I'm afraid. This is so very
frustrating. I'll try the PhotoShow help again and see how far I can get
with them. If you have any other ideas about how I can get this html file on
the web, I'd appreciate any help I can get. Thanks
Lois, I've never used PhotoShow so can't offer any help other than to try
and point you to places where you can get help. I don't know what version
of PhotoShow you're using but apparently Comcast offers PhotoShow Deluxe 4
free to its customers:

Comcast refers support questions for Photoshow to simplestar's support:

I tried to find a link with upload directions for you but had no luck. As
far as I can tell, you use your Photoshow software to do this. Perhaps
there's something in the program's help file that covers the topic.
Also, at the top of the main support page there is a "service outage"
notice. Not many details but apparently they're having trouble with the
site. You may just have to wait until they get the server fixed before
uploading (or anything on the server) will work again.
Also simplestar has an update to Photoshow Deluxe 4 that fixes some upload
problems users were having:

Sorry for that long link, I just copied and pasted from the simplestar
site. I did notice that the main support page
(
http://support.simplestar.com) has a link to the update too.
