web publish problem

Boy am I up a crick without a paddle. I know my problem is not typo's
error or wrong info. I took over our Senior Center web site after
being gone for over a year. I am using Front Page 2002 & the problem
is I click publish web, enter the address in "Publish Destination" and
then enter user name & password in "connect to" and click ok. The
"connect to" window comes up at once with the password blank. This
happens over & over. The problem is in my computer as I have checked
with the host & I have not ever connected to him??? Thanking all Jim
