"won't run" covers a lot of ground. You'll need to be more specific about:

- What happens, exactly

- On what Mac (OS version, which browser are you using, etc)

And ideally, tell us the URL to the presentation so we can see it for ourselves.

I'd also post the same info to Public.Mac.Office.PowerPoint ... that's where the
Mac users gather.

O/K Steve, thanks for answering. When the web page loads into the latest Mac
you get six smaller versions of my page and the video link does not work. The
site has not yet gone live and won't do until this problem s overcome. I
would be happy to send you the page and relevent files folder if it would
help. I might add this is the opening page to our school site so has to be
right first time out of the box.

It'd probably be more useful to be able to see what happens on your specific
server; have you considered setting up a staging or test directory for just
this kind of thing? A directory that's accessible but to which you publish no
links (other than to folks like those here).

Re the video, is it Mac compatible? If you have a simple HTML page with just a
link to the video file, does that work on Mac? What format is the video in?

Re the display, there've been some reports of oddness with recent Macs,
PowerPoint and displays set to very high resolution. Try resetting temporarily
to 1024x768 or a notch above that, no higher. See if that helps.
