Web page too big for monitor

I have a 19" monitor and the web pages are too big. I have to scroll side
ways to see the entire page. I don't have to do this with my laptop. Is
there a fix?

Yes

right click on your desktop

go to properties....settings

then adjust your screen area as desired

Change your screen resolution.

Sounds like you have it set at 800x600 or something. Try 1024x768 or
1280x1024 (if uyou have an LCD, non-wide screen monitor - the last one is
probably the suggested or 'native' resolution of said monitor anyway.)

Yes. Write to the idiot Webmasters who prepared fixed-width layouts,
and ask them to code their sites properly.

In the shorter term, about all you can do is increase your screen
resolution.
