web page colors

Hi-Is there a way, or a program, in which I can set a color for all of my
website viewing? I'm not speaking of my pc-I know I can do that through
display settings. But I'm annoyed by the stark white pages when surfing. A
subtle blue, beige, whatever would be nice. Any thoughts?

See Internet > Options> General> Color
and
Internet> Options> Accessibility

There are options in both places that you can choose from and that can
accomplish what you want.
