Web-only Computer Policy?

Is there any reference to a local system policy or general policy that
restricts the computer to Web only activity? I would hate to manually
go through the PC and lock it down when there could be an automated
process or policy that could do this for me. These would be public
computers running XP SP2.

Have you explored using the iexplore.exe -k kiosk mode as the default
shell for the machine rather than explorer ?
