web links blocked in Outlook emails

Hello. For some reason Web links are now no longer able to be clicked on
directly in emails and are blocked. I used to be able to click on a web link
in an email and internet explorer would go there. Not anymore. An error
message comes up stating that Outlook security settings are preventing this.

I have looked and looked and cannot find anywhere to turn this off and allow
me to link back to web pages listed in my emails. Anyone out there that knows
the answers? Thanks

See if this helps: Open IE and click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset
Web Settings.
