presentation on the web in your browser, the full address should show in the
address field.

Where can I find the web link to give to someone to view my presentation

Publish to the Web is something of a misnomer.

It actually means something more like "Make the files needed to publish this
thing to the web"

It doesn't actually put anything up on the web; you have to do that yourself
after creating the files using Publish to Web.
