Hi,
I would like to update one excel sheet with a web page which is
having some daily currency rates.It changes daily wise, Can anybody
help in this regard .

If you have XL XP or 2003 you should be able to go to Data>External Data>New
web query. Navigate to the page and select the relevant table and download.
Once saved, you can refresh this query by simply pressing the ! button under
the same menu option or via the query toolbar.

This method can be a little flaky as some pages do not allow access and you
are at the mercy of changing URLs, but in theory it should work fine
