I am concerned about the fact that not all Microsoft Frontpage HTML format
can be copied into a web-hosting format.

Also if anyone knows of any Free Web Hosting Companys, May they please share
them on this post.

FrontPage generally requires that the hosts have FrontPage extensions
installed/configured on their server.

www.100webspace.com is not too shabby if you don't mind bloated Google ads.
They support FrontPage extensions. Most free webhosts that I've come across
seem to but I pay for hosting instead and don't use FrontPage that often so
I've never really paid much attention to that feature.
