web hosting banner ads

Is there a way (in HTML) to allow directing of banner ads sent from outside
sources to a specific location or position on a web page ? Using frames ( no
I do NOT want to NOT use frames) Banner ads are capturing the "top" of every
page, would like to direct them to bottom or center of every page.
 
Only if you control the placement of the code on your page for the banners, otherwise you have no
control. Sound like you are hosted with a free service, if so that is the price you pay for using
their servers.
