Web Forms (Confirmation page editing)

Do i have any way to edit/control the appearance of the confirmation page
which appears after a user submits the filled out form?

Can I edit the confirmation page to return to the webs HOME page?

In form "properties" I set the form up to send an e-mail of the form input
to an e-mail address (which is working flawlessly).

What are my options or other approaches. Thanks in advance for the input !
 
Create a custom confirmation (plain HTML with anything you want on it) or set the link to your home
page.
