web form sends no data with email

I have created a form with a sumit button and posted it to the web. When I
fill the form in online and clilck submit, no data is emailed. The email is
blank. What gives?

If this is something you created in Word, try asking in the word.web.authoring
newsgroup. Generally, Word is NOT the best application to use for creating web
pages that are for anything more than reading the content; Front Page is the
better choice among the Office applications.
