Web Folders

After SP2 I have lost the ability to connect to web
folders. In particular they are ISP related. I have 5
folders that hold websites and 2 are ok, but 3 with
Cox.net are broken. I call Cox.net but they want me to
unistall SP2 not an option. The computer next to me runs
WinME and connects just fine. I dissabled the firewall
and no help. Any ideas?

I have had the same experience. I tried some of the of the suggestions in Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 287402, but they didn't fix the problem totally.

I can now browse the folders from My Network Places (they used to show nothing), but when I try to browse (to open a file) from a Microsoft Office module, the Open dialog box is blank.

When I open a file specifying the full path to the file, it is read-only.
