Where does windows store username and password information for web folders?

Can I modify the information?

You see, I recently "redid" my computer and copied the folder that had all
of my account information stored in it, so i could put it back on easily...
Now i am trying to access this one webfolder and it keeps giving me a "NOT
FOUND" error, or the one that is being shown in frontpage "FORBIDDEN"....
Your help will be greatly appreciated...

The permission for these are stored int the NTFS setting of
the content being shared. It is likely that the content would
allow your old account, but does not have permissions granted
to your new, current account.
