After a Successful upgrade from NT4 to W2K domain, our
internal users cannot browse the company website
(www.company.com) from within the company. Our DNS is now
w2k. Our IIS server is still on an NT4 server (Internal)
Does anybody have a fix for this. Thanks.

Make sure your DNS server contains an "A" record for "www" in the
company.com domain and that this record points to the correct IP address for
your web server.

Marc is right if your internal name space is identical to your external name
space. If it is keep in mind that since you've got two different name
spaces with the same name that any public resource that needs to be accessed
internally will have to have it's records mirrored internally and vice
versa.
