Web crashes in FrontPage 2002

I developed a Web page in FrontPage 2000, but was running
Office XP on a Windows XP machine. Downloaded FrontPage
2000 from Office 2000 since XP Professional didn't
include FrontPage.

I recently downloaded (updated to) FrontPage 2002 from
Microsoft site and when I try to add attributes or make
any changes to the Web I created 2002 keeps crashing.
Tried both importing it and copying the files to the hard
drive. Any suggestions?

Sounds like the downloads you are talking about are the FP SE (FP is not downloadable)
On your Win XP, did you install IIS (Control Panel Add/Remove Programs Windows Components)
And the install the FP SE and apply the FP SE to your local server?

Are you then opening the local web using File Open Web http://localhost/
What specific errors are you getting when
