Web camera Problem on Vista

my intel usb webcam on windows vista home premium does not appear in the my
computer folder. it did on my old xp computer. does anybody know how to fix
this?

Hi:
It is not supposed to show up in My Computer folder.
I should appear in Device Manager (Press Windows Key + Pause key
simultaneously).

I have an Intel USB camera and it shows up just fine in Windows Explorer on
XP.
