web cam not clear

Hi, I have a windows Xp professional OS and my problem is that my web cam is
not showing images clearly. I tried installing it 2 or 3 times after
uninstalling the driver but it was not solved. One thing i would like to say
is when ever i open my creative web cam it gives a message saying My
Documents not found. So looking forward fot the help in this area.

did you try focusing the cam?
you might even try cleaning the lens.

at worst, you may have a bad lens and will need to replace it.

Many webcams are junk and will never produce a quality
image.
