web cam driver problem in WIN XP

i dont know if this message belongs here BUT I bought a new Creative web
camera and I installed it in WIN XP. Whenever I try to use it with MSN it
won't work and the whole Program of MSN messengerfreeze. I uninstalled the
driver but nothing work out. I think the problem is with WINDOWS XP. Any body
can help?
