I don't suppose there's a web calendar for Frontpage (2003) yet ... is
there?

If it's any help, you can do this directly from Outlook very easily.

Yes - check the site a office.microsoft.com - there are calendar templates
there.

If you have Outlook, you can export its calendar as html and import it to
FP.

But if you mean a "calendar wizard" type thing then, no I don't know of any
(which is not to say there isn't such a thing in existence).
