c) Delete the email. You don't actually 'get' anything, it's just a link
to a graphic on a web server somewhere. Your machine doesn't get infected.
Heck, Outlook doesn't load graphics by default anymore, so, the only way
it'd even show up is if the sender is a trusted sender or you're using an
older version of outlook.
