Web Browser Page Not Displaying Properly

My developer is having a problem with getting a form to display properly so I
thought I would go to the community and ask the question.

I am looking at the properties of this control and they are
Name: CtWBDatConnet (connects to dat.com)
Ole Class: Microsoft Web Browser
Verb: 0
Class: Shell.Explorer.2
Width: 9.7
Height:6.125
I put these in as I am not sure what the control is called and don't know if
we have the correct reference set, etc, etc

The problem is that we can not see the complete web site. We have no
horizantal or vertical scroll bars. It looks as if the right side of the web
site is truncated.

I have tried to resize the control with out any luck fixing the form.

Any help would be appreciated.
