web browser hi-jacked

I'm stumped.I have run ad-ware and alot of other sweepers for spyware.After i change my homepage back to yahoo it is ok until i go online .the next time i hit internet explorer it changes and takes me to res://aezsn.dll/index.html#37794/ I cant fix this /please help.using microsoft explorer and yes i have updated everything

If you have not already tried CWShredder, that may be your next step. If
that doesn't work, you might want to post a HijackThis log.
