Web-based PDF template builder

Hi

I am looking for software that can be installed on a website that will
allow authorised users to create PDF documents from templates rather
like vistaprint.co.uk does with business cards.

Users would be able to choose a template then choose from a range of
artwork to add to the template and add copy in a specific place. This
would then be formatted into a PDF document for download by the user.

Any ideas?

Writely for example is on online text processor that you can use to
create documents and export them to pdf. You could create a couple
templates and then share them with other users. If you want some kind
of service for your own website, you'll probably have to look for a
custom php script. I don't know if one exists.
