web address direct to a page

If my home page is www.mycompany.com (for example) and I have a page within
there called annualmtg.htm (for example), how do I set it up so that I can
direct people to that page by typing in www.mycompany.com\annualmtg.htm ?

Exactly as you have it, just add the http:// in front, as some email application may not make it a
active hyperlink without it.
