Weather Channel

I want to use the Weather Channel on a site but don't know how to keep
visitors within my site when they click on the Weather Channel link.

I know it has something with right-clicking on the link, choosing Hyperlink
Properties and Target Frame. Then I don't know what to do. Can someone help?

Set the target frame value to New Window (_blank). This will open a new
browser window, with your site in background in the original browser window.

Thanks Thomas, but this doesn't seem to be doing what I want. The "Back
Button" on my browser is greyed out and I get pop-ups (sometimes
one-sometimes more), when I click on the "Close Button" on the right side of
the browser.

I have never needed this feature before and so, have never tried to use it.
Is there a way to get back to my site with one click of the Back Button on
the left, or is this just as good as it gets?

You only have two choices...

Open the link in new windows, which is the solution I gave you, and the user
would have to close the window, and deal with the exit popup that the
Weather Channel has on their site.

Open the link replacing your site, which the user must then use the browser
back button to get back to your site, and will still get the exit popups.

What exactly do you mean when you say "to make all links open new pages,
type at the top of the html document: <base target="_blank">".

I tried what you said but saw no difference when compared to your earlier
instructions. Should I be able to "see" a difference when the page changes
and goes to the link, or would that allow a visitor to use the "Back Button"
on the browser to return to my site?
