Using Outlook 2003 we have one user that we cannot see her attendee
availability, just see hash marks. It is frustrating and we are trying to
fix it.

The free/busy information most like is still at the default setting of 2
months. Check this for under Tools - Calendar Option- Free/Busy. I would
change it to be for 12 months. This will most likey resolve the issue.

She was set to 6 months already but I changed it to 12 just to see and it
still is showing hash marks. This is a very busy individual so I also
thought well maybe there is TOO much information and turned it back to 3
months, still just hash marks.

Thank you for the effort though.

Is this user using a .pst or the Exchange mailbox for the default delivery
location?

After furious head scratching, Myzlyn asked:
