WD 2000 Masked Text in Print Preview & Printing

I lose some text and tables in WD2000 using print preview and printing
(HP4000SI). All text and tables appear normal in document editing. Looks
like the top half of some lines and parts of tables are masked out on bottom
quarter of pages. Footers also disappear on pages. Common to many WD
files and not machine specific.
