WD 120 GB HD shows up as 32GB on XPpro Install

I recently purchased a western digital 120 gb hard drive.
I am using this 120 gb as a master and my existing 45gb
as a slave. When installing XP on the 120 gb hd it only
shows up as 32 gb but it shows my old hd as a slave with
40gb with 26 gb available, which is correct. I have
updated my BIOS thinking this was creating the problem
but that did not solve any thing.

Make sure you've jumpered it properly. With some manufacturers, there is a
jumper option to limit the hard drive capacity to 32 gigs for compatibility
reasons with older hard drive controllers.
