Downloading problems again today.

@nivrip, so far, no problems my end. But if you can see specific WUs that are "stuck" and won't download, you could try aborting them. That's what I did the last time when downloads kept stalling. It solved the problem for me, so maybe worth a try?

Well, of the ten stuck items, by simply leaving them alone, only two remain stuck. The rest have now downloaded so I will leave the remaining two and await events. Maybe that's all we need to do.

Ah apologies @nivrip, I should have said that it was just two downloads that were causing my blockage, and they were the ones I aborted. After that, others just flowed down the pipeline. (I need my elevenses!)
