Enjoying the weekend I hope


I was asked the other day, via a PM, why I only list 21 active crunchers and yet there are 24 names on the stats sheet

You will also notice that some names have disappeared off the list altogether with no explanation from me as to why

Well, despite the title of Captain I'm not one who will go running around annoying people as to why they ain't crunching anymore. I have always said, you do what you want with your PC

I too become disappointed when a member stops crunching and just disappears

I allow a considerable amount of time, maybe you are on holiday and have turned your PC off, before I delete a name off the stats and I also keep an eye out to see if you are still accessing the forums. I do read all my PMs & emails even if I do not actually reply to you.

There has only ever been one person, apart from our happy band of campers, that has ever informed me of their intentions to stop crunching ... the reason is quite simple, they no longer have a system that can crunch for us, but as a mark of respect for their past crunching efforts, their name will remain on the stats for as long as I'm captain.

I would like to thank you all personally for your efforts in this campaign

Yep, I know the answer to this one two ... look at the bottom of the Sunday stats sheet.

To be honest Chris, I'm not sure how often they update, never really bothered me ... but they do a "main update" every 24 hours around midnight ... then I see it is usually around 6 in the morning these days.

err, me lost, I give in.
