Way to prevent mouse scroll wheel from moving record to record?

Dear Access Users,

I have a form tied to a specific record that I am having customers fill out.
The form is a long one and the customer needs to scroll down to answer all
the questions and then move to the next form. They want to use the scroll
wheel on the mouse to move down the form, but when the wheel is rolled, they
move to another record either up or down. Is there a way to either be able
to use the scroll wheel to move down the screen, or to make sure the wheel
does not move them to another record? Thanks.
