Way to output text file from '97?

What I'm loking for is a result similar to the XML output ("Save as
Web page") that version 10 has - the workbook I put together @ home
works great, but @ work (where I'm forced to use '97) I can't get
acceptable results - problem being Text Box items don't make the
transition.
ANY sort of text file format that I can then copy & paste from will
do. ANyone know of any way to set it up?

Perhaps the Excel 97 Web Connectivity Kit will work for you.

It is an add-in from MS.

Nope...no joy. Seems not only won't text boxes make the transition,
but anything in merged cells gets lost, too. Hmmm.....

Gonna try the M/S WIn '95 (yeah, I know...btu that's what I got to use
@ work) generic/text only printer driver, set up to print to a file.
We'll see what happens there....
