Watermark on an excel sheet

Need to insert a "draft" watermark in an excel sheet (Excel 2003); is it
possible? Thanks
 
Watermarks can also be put in as a printer function

ie File - Print - Properties
Choose the effects tab and in the bottom right it gives you a choice of
watermarks
(Excel 2000)
 
Yours might, mine doesn't.
