Watermark Images & Text

I am attempting to paste a watermark image in an invoice
that I have created. I have, under the 'order' option
moved the image to the back. However when I type in a
cell the image still appears over top of the text. I have
tried multiple ways to resolve this problem with no luck.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
