Watermak a Cell in a Table in Word

Brian

I am trying to create tickets for an event. I'm using a table in word to
create the individual tickets. I would like to know if it's possible to
watermark the individual cells (or tickets) in the table with a logo.
Whenever I try to watermark something it does the whole document.

Hello Brian
I am trying to create tickets for an event. I'm using a table in word to
create the individual tickets. I would like to know if it's possible to
watermark the individual cells (or tickets) in the table with a logo.
Whenever I try to watermark something it does the whole document.

depending on version of Word and printer driver, there are various
approaches.

What should work in every version is to insert the "watermark" as an
ordinary picture directly into the first table cell, put it behind the
text (and anchor it to any paragraph therein). After the cell is
complete (all text you need there), you can for instance bookmark it and
cross-reference this bookmark in all other cells. [If you need
contiguous ticket numbers, there's again many different approaches
possible, SEQ fields, mailmerge, etc.]

A totally different approach might setup the the ticket as one big page,
anchor the image in the header set behind text, and tell the printer
driver to print 4 (or 16, whatever) on one page. [This is especially
easy if you work with the "A" paper sizes that the metric part of this
planet uses, because, say, an A page, folded in half (or in quarter,
etc.), keeps the exact same aspect ratio.
