Warning :Page has Expired Error

I constantly get the Warning: Page has Expired error when
I hit the back button. From my research it stated to
download service pack 1 to clear the problem which I have
done a while ago, yet I still continue to get this error
when I hit the back button? What am I suppose to do? It
is a real pain when I am doing alot of research and
constanting have to hit refresh, the O.K..
