Upon Startup in Access 2003 i receive a warning message about whether the
code is safe or not.
I have tried to reduce MAcro security level to low to remove this but to no
avail.
Could this warning be related to a module that I have

I believe this is a Window's warning, not Access and you need to adjust
the security level there. As I recall that security level was upped by one
of MS's updates.
