How to translate Traditional Chinese to Simplified Chinese?

warning comes out while i am translating Traditional Chinese into Simplified
Chinese.

'Word is unable to proceed. ... More than one file necessary to do TC/SC
translation is missing'

Just want to know how to fix it. Thanks
 
Do you have both the Traditional and the Simplified IME's installed
through Windows?
