Want to stop auto-additions to contacts

I've noticed my list of contatcs keeps getting longer. Windows Mail seems to
automatically add senders to my contacts list. Annoying! How can I stop this?

Tools>options>send tab>disable the obvious>apply/OK

Ahh well.

Use the delete key to get your contacts back to how you want it, then export
your contact list for saves sake?
